Delivery and Returns Policy
Heart of Hearts have a strict returns policy in place, to cover us as a company and also provide the best possible customer service to all of our customers.
SHIPPING
UK ORDERS – are dispatched within 5 working days and will be sent via the Royal Mail signed for service.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (inc. Europe and rest of the world)- are dispatched within 5 working days and will be sent via the Royal Mail international tracked service.
IMPORT AND HANDLING CHARGES – please note that all customers will be responsible for paying any import charges they may receive.
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If orders are undelivered due to incorrect details, it is the customers responsibility to provide redelivery payment.
When importing items to outside of the UK, there are a number of customs checks that may take place. We will always ensure the necessary paperwork is completed to meet regulations. However, we cannot be held responsible for the length of time it takes for your order to pass through customs.
RETURNS
We pride ourselves on providing you with a quality product. However, if you wish to return an item for a particular reason, we will be happy to exchange your item or refund your purchase (minus shipping cost).
Please note that returned items must be unworn with tags and packaged in original HEART OF HEARTS packaging within 14 days of receiving. PLEASE NOTE: once the tags have been removed we will not accept any returns, the same applies for anything that has been worn or marked. Please email info@hofheartsclo.co.uk and state the order number in the email subject. We will then respond with the returns address.
Please note, when returning any of our products, we advise they are sent either signed or tracked, as we will not be held liable for any missing items.
